You should have received your stories in a "browser receipt" after your credit card was processed. This receipt should have contained "clickable links" to open your stories. If you closed your browser accidentally, you will receive a back up receipt via E-mail which contains the same links, and which will allow you to pick up your material. Please wait for this receipt - which can take up to an hour - before writing to us if you closed your browser accidentally.
